Privacy Policy

Applied 3PL Systems ("we") builds workflow automation for third-party logistics providers. This page explains what we collect on applied3pl.com, which tools do the collecting, and how to reach us about your data.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive whatever you enter: your email (required), and optionally your name, company, phone number, and message. If you submit the Margin Leakage Scorecard, we receive your answers, your score, your email, and optionally your company and phone.
- How you use the site. Standard analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you got here (search, link, email), and interactions like button clicks and scrolling.
- Business context. If you arrive from one of our emails or campaigns, tracking parameters in the link may associate your visit with your email address so we know our outreach reached you.
The tools we use
These third-party services run on this site and process the data above on our behalf:
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — site usage analytics.
- HubSpot — our CRM; stores contact details and site activity for people who reach out.
- Salesforce — lead records from form submissions.
- Apollo.io — identifies the company a visit likely comes from, so we understand which kinds of operators visit.
- Clay — enriches contact details on form submissions (for example, adding a company name to an email address).
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — spam protection on forms. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
- Google Calendar — the booking page embeds Google's appointment scheduler; anything you enter there goes to Google Calendar under their terms.
- Cloudflare and Microsoft Azure — hosting and network security; they see standard request logs like IP addresses.
Why we collect it
- To reply when you contact us and to prepare for calls you book.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve them.
- To run our own B2B outreach. Knowing which companies visit helps us focus on operators we can help.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run third-party advertising on this site.
- We don't share your information beyond the processors listed above, unless the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep contact records for as long as there's a live business conversation, and analytics data per each tool's standard retention. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll act on the request within 30 days. You can also block cookies in your browser; the site works fine without them.
